Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Desk" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard & Switch. Your payment details will be securely encrypted and cannot be read or accessed by anyone, so your credit card details are totally safe. You may also send your credit card information separately via:

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery Timescales: We aim to deliver most items (within the UK) in approximately 5-7 working days. However some items are ordered specially for each individual customer & may take approx. 10 working days. Please use these delivery timescales as a guideline. If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to get it for you as soon as possible. We will email you if this is the case, and give you an idea of when we should be able to dispatch the order. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We never charge your credit/debit card until we actually dispatch your goods.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of 17.5% VAT.

When you make a purchase from The Jewellery Warehouse you can be sure that your Credit Card details are secure. Our Checkout is placed on a secure server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, the current standard for internet security. All credit card details are encrypted by our system, which is bank approved. Your details are only decrypted after they reach our computer. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet

Our Fraud Prevention Policy
We carry out stringent anti-fraud checks on every order and use the latest anti-fraud technologies. Your billing address and postcode will be verified against your credit/debit card number and you will need to provide the three-digit CVV Security Code on the back of the card. In addition we carry out rigorous manual checks against every order. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction to have taken place we reserve the right to suspend acceptance of the order or to reject it entirely. We may contact you personally to request additional proof of card ownership before accepting your order. We also require a signature as proof of delivery. Please ensure the name and address you give us match the details held by your credit/debit card issuer. By doing this you can help ensure that your order is processed by us quickly and efficiently, and without the need for further disruption.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it unworn and we will either exchange it or refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Returns Policy At The Jewellery Warehouse, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, we know that you may occasionally wish to return an item, so here is our returns policy and guidelines on how to return an item safely to us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

No Quibble Guarantee:
Our 'No quibble' guarantee means that for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us unworn & in its original condition, within 14 days, and we will either exchange it or refund you, the choice is yours.

Defective Items:
You can always return items that are defective. We do not envisage this will happen, but if it does, simply follow the guidelines ' How to return an item'. If you need to return a defective item, we will be happy to refund you the delivery charges you incur returning the item to us.

How to Return an Item:
To return an item, please complete the returns section below, detailing the reason for your return, your order number and enclose it with the items you are returning.
Please wrap the item securely; we would suggest that if possible you re-use the original packaging.
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; therefore, we strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Registered Post.
